DAY 60


Tues October 8th 
Day 60, #5 of the Mississippi. 

8:45 floating to get some grub!! 10:00 crappy boat ramp in the middle of nowhere, an hour in n out of town to get some grub lunch, groceries, and getting my walking in, 1:40 floating again. 2:20 back in open waters 5:15 setting up camp early.

 Let it sit over night !

Chris Started his trip Saturday August 10th 2019 He finished Friday November 1st 2019 went 1968 miles ended in Venice.  This is the journey of a life time most people will never experience so that’s the reason why I am sharing his trip so the rest of us can get a little taste of his .  He also told me he hopes to encourage a little bit of adventure in everyone, it doesn’t have to be huge, just something that people have thought about doing. He had so many people say “man I want to do this someday” with this trip and his 4 corner trip Go OUT AND DO IT !! He’s what we all should strive to be.  Relaxed and Free!  He’s just a Retire Navy Vet floating down the rivers, meeting cool people and kicking back and having a blast.
