 Wednesday August 28th

Hope you all have had a great day. She was coming down pretty good 2 nights ago, stayed dry with the exception of a couple splashes n drips. Set sail at 10:15 literally no progress at all!! Maybe 4 miles yesterday.
329.7 at 5:00 heard about a good bar with cool people.........they lied!!! Hanging Rock Ohio, The Laidback, you are all totally awesome!!! I did have some beers a lot of em fish tacos, and meet some great people, Chris Hopper, John C Large, Stephen Thacker, Brian Cooper Mike Reed hooked me up with a camper and a hot shower. 7 am start might’ve been a little ambitious 🤣🤣 10:45 ok 👌🏻

Chris Started his trip Saturday August 10th 2019 He finished Friday November 1st 2019 went 1968 miles ended in Venice.  This is the journey of a life time most people will never experience so that’s the reason why I am sharing his trip so the rest of us can get a little taste of his .  He also told me he hopes to encourage a little bit of adventure in everyone, it doesn’t have to be huge, just something that people have thought about doing. He had so many people say “man I want to do this someday” with this trip and his 4 corner trip Go OUT AND DO IT !! He’s what we all should strive to be.  Relaxed and Free!  He’s just a Retire Navy Vet floating down the rivers, meeting cool people and kicking back and having a blast.
