DAY 54

Wednesday October 2nd 

As I was packing up the yak this tug that was tearing down the old lock came over and checked to make sure I didn’t need water or food. Thanks guys. 9:10 floating time last and final lock for me #22 (3 on the Monongahela) The Olmsted Lock and Dam mile marker 964.4 at 4:30, had to wait a bit, through at 5:45. 6:30 camping. That was a long tough day. Only out of my kayak once for a 5 min stretch.
