Friday September 20th

Couple cups of coffee, walked the island silly Kuscoos 🤣 wind and waves are in my face, waiting a few hours to get going, no sense fighting the weather. 1:00 start time, still very rough waters, slow going Marker 738.5 at 1:45 done at 6:00 just outside of Owensboro Kentucky. Maybe 8 miles today.

Chris Started his trip Saturday August 10th 2019 He finished Friday November 1st 2019 went 1968 miles ended in Venice.  This is the journey of a life time most people will never experience so that’s the reason why I am sharing his trip so the rest of us can get a little taste of his .  He also told me he hopes to encourage a little bit of adventure in everyone, it doesn’t have to be huge, just something that people have thought about doing. He had so many people say “man I want to do this someday” with this trip and his 4 corner trip Go OUT AND DO IT !! He’s what we all should strive to be.  Relaxed and Free!  He’s just a Retire Navy Vet floating down the rivers, meeting cool people and kicking back and having a blast.
