DAY 5
Wednesday August 14th
Slow but always a good day. Started floating at 9:00, stopped for lunch at 12 the wind is still faster than the current. Got to mile 32 the Montgomery Lock at 3:30 said it was gonna be at least 7 till all the barges made it through, soooo I decided this place looks fine and set up the palace 👍🏻 15 miles today. 80 total. No complaints, just gonna sleep early. I think Wilson is pissed, he hasn’t said a thing all day to me. 🤷🏼♂️
