Friday Day 14
Rollin at 10:15 from marker 194. Lock number 11 Belleville Lock and damn. Met these guys Ryan Baylor, Matt Coffey, James Stewart had a few cold ones, they saw my pic on Facebook. Met another guy Jared Booth scoping out my buddy Wilson, at the boat ramp in Ravenswood. Sitting at around marker 222. 28 miles today, 270 total. Made camp around 7, I need to re-supply today, almost out of water and coffee and food.

Hello Welcome To My Blog I want to share my friend Chris Henderson 1,888 miles Kayak Trip From Roscoe PA To New Orleans He’s Paddling Monongahela - Ohio & Mississippi River. Chris Started his trip Saturday August 10th 2019 He finished Friday November 1st 2019 went 1968 miles ended in Venice.  This is the journey of a life time most people will never experience so that’s the reason why I am sharing his trip so the rest of us can get a little taste of his .  He also told me he hopes to encourage a little bit of adventure in everyone, it doesn’t have to be huge, just something that people have thought about doing. He had so many people say “man I want to do this someday” with this trip and his 4 corner trip Go OUT AND DO IT !! He’s what we all should strive to be.  Relaxed and Free!  He’s just a Retire Navy Vet floating down the rivers, meeting cool people and kicking back and having a blast.
